The idea behind Twitter Circle was to create a safe space for people to speak their minds in an unfiltered, low-risk way — particularly women and non-binary folks, who experience a disproportionate amount of harassment and abuse just for being who they are on Twitter. As the sole content designer working on this effort, I had a major role in the work and wrote nearly every word in the UX.
